Mackenzie
Mackenzie graduated summa cum laude from Drake University with a degree in Law, Politics, and Society with minors in Music and French in 2019. After a relatively short time in the workforce, she realized that legal work was not a great fit for her and began to search for something that would allow her to make use of her fascination with human and animal behavior, communication, and relationships.
Mackenzie has been training dogs since the spring of 2021. She found her love of training and the positive impact it can have on everyday life for dogs and their families. She fell in love with helping others build
healthier relationships with their pets; her favorite part about training is seeing how clear communication can strengthen the bond between a dog and their owner. In her time with Canine Craze she has taken the opportunity to learn about and practice behavior modification training,
which has become an important part of her passion for dog training. In addition, Mackenzie became a certified Fear Free trainer in February of 2024.
