Clicker for Conformation
A series of 3 six-week classes:
* Intentional instruction for you & your dog
* class curriculum with take-home notes
* class size limited to 8 dogs & handlers
Clicker for Conformation 1 – Stacking: Tuesday 6:00pm
Session III: May 1, 8, 15, 22, 29, June 5
* learn to hand stack and free stack
* increase your dog’s comfort level with being handled by others
* use shaping techniques to teach your dog new behaviors
Clicker for Conformation 2 – Gating: Tuesday 6:00pm
Session IV: June 26, July 10, 17, 24, 31, Aug 7 (no class 7/3)
* teach your dog to follow the path
* learn footwork for a smooth down & back
* identify correct speed for you & your dog
Clicker for Conformation 3 – Putting it all Together: Tuesday 6:00pm
Session V: Aug 28, Sept 4, 11, 18, 25, Oct 2
* develop proficient leash handling
* practice group gaiting
* practice duration in stacking
Loose Leash Walking
Loose Leash Walking: Wednesday 6:00pm
Session III: May 9, 16, 23, 30, June 6, 13
Loose Leash Walking: Wednesday 7:30pm
Session VI: Oct 24, 31, Nov 7, 14, 28, Dec 5 (no class 11/21)
